I have been a chef in Denver for over a decade, and during that time I have traveled to NYC, Chicago, and San Francisco to work in Michelin starred restaurants to learn creative and exciting techniques. I had a drive to bring the Michelin style of dining to Denver and cook in a non pretentious, super engaging way with people who love food and entertainment. So, I started a pop up restaurant in Denver and have been serving groups of 5-12 people with around 10 courses and usually a drink pairing. I have also done several private events - birthday parties, engagement parties, anniversaries, etc.
I also have a degree in Nutrition and have been helping people meal prep, so they don't have to eat the same boring things everyday, or worse yet, eat fast food.
