I offer a unique program that combines a personal chef and personal organic farmer (my wife Carin). We live and work on a guest ranch and organic farm on the Western Slope of Colorado. We have access to many local ranchers for pasture raised meats, while also growing as much of our own produce as possible to supply our seasonal menus. We also partner with other trusted growers from the north fork valley to supplement our produce needs. Every customer receives one on one consultations to design a very custom menu for you and your family. Our fee has a 4 hour minimum cooking session, either in your home or delivered from our commercial kitchen directly to your door, this typically provides 4-5 different meals, in which you would pay for the groceries separately at our wholesale cost or market price, you definitely save money from going to the farmers market.
