My love affair with food began with my 20+ year career in luxury travel Public Relations which allowed me to work with and promote some of the top chefs and finest restaurants around the world. This exposure truly ignited my love of fine food and cooking. While not a formally-trained chef, I am a self-taught, highly experienced, creative, and experimental cook. Five years ago, I set out to follow my true passion and started my personal chef business. I now provide highly customized meals incorporating any special dietary needs to individuals and families throughout Chicago. To me the kitchen is home. It’s where I’m most comfortable and it allows me to do what I do best – mix that perfect blend of science, art, and magic that makes a truly great meal.
