Describe your cooking experience: I started cooking in my Grandma's kitchen at about 14. Working as a dish washer, I always dreamed of being on the line instead. A guy by the name of Gerald Greene gave me the opportunity of cooking! I haven’t looked back since. I’m now 24 & I find myself craving to learn more everyday!
