Plant - Based / Vegan Chef

I've been cooking and working in the restaurant industry for over 10 years. I have experience cooking many different kinds of cuisine including Italian, Tex-Mex, American comfort, Gastropub fare, Mediterranean, Japanese, and Chinese. I have worked in various restaurants in the western NY area from fast - casual to fine dining. The past year and a half I've focused my cooking towards vegan and vegetarian recipes. While those are the recipes I enjoy creating the most I have no problem creating a meal for any kind of diet.
