I'm Lola! Lucky me, I get to share my love for food and my journey to good (healthy) eating. Breakfast? Lunch? A snack? I got this! I replace ingredients to make the overall dish healthier while still preserving taste. I'm always testing and retesting recipes and ingredients. My meals are wholesome and filling. You'll taste the difference.

Each single session makes two portions (i.e. two servings). All sessions come with recipes for you to recreate on your own! Meal Planning Consultations and Meal Prepping Sessions (Food shopping included)! You don't have to do it alone!

No labels, but no pork/beef as protein options. No shame, just preference!
