Currently, a Sous Chef for a local establishment. My previous experience includes; Royal Fig, Gramercy Tavern NYC, the Hermitage Hotel Nashville, Becker Vineyards and Vaudeville Fredericksburg, TX and 34th ST. Cafe Austin.
Since moving back to Austin in 2015, I have done countless small and large catering events from private dinners including for the Mayor of Austin Steve Adler to weddings and the Governor of Texas High school reuion. I definitely pass the background check.
