It starts by creating a menu that meets me client's needs. I am open to modifying the options, and creating dishes that my client craves or wants. After this I quote, and my client approves.

I show up the day of the venue, cook for my clients a wonderful meal in their home with whom ever they wish to share it with. I clean the kitchen and utensils, and leave.

Describe your cooking experience: I have been cooking for over 15 years. I am a self taught chef, with vast knowledge of international cuisine. I have owned my own fine dining restaurant for many years, and have been a personal chef for over 10 years.
