Sample tastings, amuse bouche, presentations, family style, back yard events, etc. available, just inquire, all based on budgetary considerations.

Graduate of the Cordon Bleu institute, having worked various venues, Park Hyatt, Le Ciel Bleu Mayfair Regent, Swiss Hotel banquets among others. Sanitation licenses and professional certification.
