I have 20 plus years of Culinary experience. I've worked in American, Italian and Carribean Restaurants over the years. In 2009, I became a Ceritified Personal/Private Chef. I'm also a Freelance Chef for several Coporate Catering Companies. This pass July I was voted the First Place Winner of DC's 2018 Grace Jamaican Jerk Festival.
