I’ve only been in the industry for 5 years but since I first held a knife at the age of 5 helping my mother in the kitchen I knew I loved food. My mom did home cooking, and it was amazing to have a hot meal freshly prepared when I needed it and that is what I aim to do for you. Sometimes life gets out of hand and nutrition and health choices fall to the side, but a healthy diet means better performance in your work and everyday life.
